The Company Zakład Usług Technicznych "ZUT" Spółka z o.o. (Technical Services Company Ltd.) was established in 1996 as a result of transformation of former Tool Shop and Repair Department of Fabryka Rowerów Apollo (Apollo Bicycle Plant). The new Company took over 28 employees and leased machines and 1750 square meters of operational surface. During early period of its operation the ZUT Company provided the following services for Apollo Bicycle Plant: machine repairs, manufacture of tools for pressing and their regeneration.

In 1997 the Company started manufacture of coal mills for ceramic industry.

In 2000 the cooperation with TRW SSP started. Our Company took over a production line of car wheel spacers for Fiat 126P. After production of that model had ended we started manufacture of pre-machined pinion elements for steering gears.

At present we manufacture approximately 60 000 pieces per month, for different types of cars.

The pinion line is constantly developed and modernized. At the moment we manufacture pinions on 12 CNC turning lathes supplemented by band-sawing machines, rolling mills, milling machines, washing machine and vertical milling centre.

Out tool shop manufactures tools, instruments and provides services for pressing and other production branches. Moreover we manufacture pressed parts for TRW and other customers using eccentric presses.

In January 2004 we were awarded a certificate of Quality Management system according to ISO 9001:2000. In 2013 we will attempt to obtain Certificate of conformity with the ISO/TS 16949 standard for automotive industry suppliers.

At present we employ 52 persons. Throughout past few years our Company has advanced its manufacturing technology and become reliable partner to many of our customers. Please feel encouraged to do business with us!
